Meet Dr. Roy Barski
Dr. Roy Barski, D.O. was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has called South Florida home for more than two decades. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he earned his bachelor’s degree at Florida International University before graduating from the Medical School at Nova Southeastern University.
He went on to complete a comprehensive Family Medicine residency and is board‑certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT).
Dr. Barski holds hospital privileges at Memorial Healthcare System and Baptist Hospital of Miami. He is passionately committed to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered concierge care.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Barski indulges his love of music, photography and aviation, and treasures time spent with his wife and young son.

As a member, you receive same‑day access to in‑home or virtual visits—and if special circumstances or illness makes it necessary, Dr. Barski may come to your home or visit you in the hospital after hours.

In-HomeUrgentCare
Our Mobile UrgentCare services include a flat-fee individual visit, with an included follow up telemedicine or phone call (if needed for results). Available services for patients 5 y/o and up.
These visits are available in your home, office, hotel room, or via telemedicine. We treat non-life threatening conditions including Flu, COVID, Strep, Pneumonia, UTI, Skin infections, Skin lacerations, Incision & Drainage of Abscesses, Injectable antibiotics, STD Coverage and testing and many others in the comfort of your home or hotel room.
Flat fee for all medical services including medications, injections and testing, no waiting rooms, no surprise bills.
External lab work subject to extra charge (Will be discussed with patient)
Our HyperWellness program is the ultimate in proactive, data‑driven health optimization. We begin with a deep‑dive, full–body evaluation—comprehensive hormone panels, vitamin levels, inflammatory markers, lipid profiles, and insulin‑resistance testing. Cardiac screening including EKG can be done in-home. Echocardiogram, and stress testing can be ordered when indicated.
From these insights, Dr. Barski crafts a fully personalized blueprint that may include medication fine‑tuning, tailored nutrition plans, targeted vitamin therapies, and IV‑infusion protocols designed to restore balance and elevate your well‑being to its peak.
