Concierge Medicine Membership

Individuals: - $249 Monthly - One simple monthly fee, no co-pays, no bills, no surprises.

Unlimited in‑home, telemedicine, phone & text visits/consultations included

• 24/7 availability and direct contact with your physician

• Same‑day in-home/virtual appointments

• Hospital visits as needed

• Annual comprehensive exam

• Yearly cardiac screening (EKG (In-Home), Echo & stress test if indicated)

Member‑only discounts on all in‑home PRP & aesthetic procedures

• Access to HyperWellness plans and treatments with all physician portion of costs covered by concierge membership. (Additional charges depending on cost of specific treatment/IV fluids/Labs/imaging)

Couples: - $400 Monthly -

  • All Individual benefits above—for two adult members on one plan

  • For couples with children, courtesy guidance or simple urgent care style visits can be considered on a case to case basis and are included in membership at no extra cost. Kids must still have their own pediatrician for routine visits/vaccinations, and management.

In-HomeUrgentCare

Flat Rate Fee: - $229 - For Urgent Care visits during business hours (9am to 6pm)

- $299 - For Urgent Care visits during evening hours (6pm to 11pm)

- $399 - For Urgent Care visits during overnight hours (11pm to 9am)

  • All inclusive pricing for medical services, point-of-care testing, medical evaluation, diagnosis and prescriptions as needed.

  • Pricing also includes any injectable antibiotics, injectable antiinflmatories, albuterol nebulization, sutures, disposable equipment for incision and drainage of abscesses, and Tetanus (Tdap) Vaccination if needed for wound.

  • Outside labs NOT included in flat rate price. These are labs that are sent for processing to Quest or LabCorp such as bloodwork or urine/cultures. These are typically covered by your insurance (Lab bills insurance, not us) but is plan dependent. Highly discounted out of pocket pricing available via Dr. Barski Concierge. Any external labs will be discussed with patient prior to ordering or sending.

  • Sometimes, based on the nature of the visit, Dr. Barski may need to recommend to go to an in person Urgent Care or Emergency room for imaging, and other conditions beyond the scope of In-Home Urgent Care, best attempt will be made to triage these prior to visit to avoid additional costs.
